XOOPS supports  table-free design already in its basic installation. It depends on the template. If the template is built without a chart than you have a table free website.

Some modules must be adjusted so that they table free. In many cases these modules have templates that you can adapt. For other modules, you must first edit the source code to get the page table- free.
